If changes are made, ThinkMine will notify users by stating the date the Privacy Policy change is effective. If significant changes to the Privacy Policy are made, it will be prominently indicated on the App.

The Information ThinkMine Collects and Uses, Opt-In Consent, Mechanism to Rescind Permission and Opt-Out. Information Collected In connection with your access to or use of the App or the Services, ThinkMine may request and/or collect from you personal information that may include: user name, password, first and last name, address, phone number, email address, gender, employment, training, messages sent through ThinkMine mail, and any other data you choose supply to ThinkMine contained in your profile or resume. (”Personal Information”). Consent By accessing or using the App or the Services, including, without limitation, the creation, uploading, revision of resumes or jobs data, importation of profile data, you are accepting and consent to the terms of ThinkMine’s Privacy Policy, including the use of Personal Information submitted to ThinkMine.

Uses of Collected Information
ThinkMine may utilize the Personal Information collected for the purposes of providing, analyzing, personalizing or improving the App or the Services, or developing new services. ThinkMine may provide the Personal Information to employers and recruiters, to provide information about job opportunities to you. You agree that ThinkMine may, as part of its services to you, communicate with you, or initiate communication with you on behalf of third parties, through the ThinkMine application or through your contact information. ThinkMine also may use your contact information in connection with the creation of your account; identification of job opportunities; transmission to you of about ThinkMine promotional material from ThinkMine’s partners. ThinkMine reserves the right to charge third parties a fee, including but not limited to employers, recruiters, and advertisers in order to search your resume or job data. Your personal information gets placed on the ThinkMine database when you create, upload or edit a resume, or when you import profile data from another service. If you create, upload or edit a resume, or import profile data from another service, ThinkMine may make this document and the data contained therein available to third parties who are potential employers, search engines, or to the general public by making your Personal Information available in the ThinkMine application and website. As a result, you may receive unsolicited offers from entities with no affiliation with ThinkMine. ThinkMine has no responsibility for such entities. ThinkMine does not share Personal Information with other companies or individuals outside ThinkMine except in the following limited circumstances:

•We have your consent.

•We may provide such Personal Information to affiliated companies or other trusted businesses for the purposes of processing Personal Information on our behalf. We require that these parties process such information based on our instructions and in compliance with this Privacy Policy and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures.

•ThinkMine may request additional information from you on product order forms or other online transaction forms. Such forms may require you to provide contact information (such as name and mailing or shipping address) and payment information (such as credit card number and credit card expiration date). Information that you provide may be used for billing and accounting purposes, for recording products and services that you have licensed, bought or downloaded, and to fill your orders. ThinkMine may use contact information to communicate with you about orders, products, services, or fees or charges. ThinkMine may use an outside shipping company to ship orders and uses a credit card processing company to process payments for goods and services. When you sign up for such goods or services, ThinkMine will share names or other contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide these goods or services. Controls of Use and Sharing, How Users May Access Their Information, and Opt-Out
A central purpose of the ThinkMine application and site is to make your jobs data and resume visible for matching with available jobs, and for consideration by employers and recruiters. You control at the outset whether you want to make any Personal Information available for these purposes. Should you decide to do so, you control the amount and quality of personal information submitted to ThinkMine based on the completion of your jobs data profile and/or submission of your resume. You can change the information contained in your jobs data profile and/or edit your resume at any time. You may easily opt-out of these settings by deleting your public jobs data profile and removing your public resume from your profile in the ThinkMine application.

Age Restriction
ThinkMine does not knowingly collect or maintain Personal Information through the App or the Services from persons under 16 years of age, and no part of the App or the Services is directed to persons under 16. If you are under 16 years of age, then please do not use or access the App or the Services at any time or in any manner. If ThinkMine learns that Personal Information of persons under 16 years of age has been collected through the App or the Services without verified parental consent, then ThinkMine will take the appropriate steps to delete this information.

Asset Transfer
ThinkMine may disclose and/or transfer your Personal Information to a buyer or transferee of all or a portion of its assets in conjunction with the sale or transfer of such assets; however, we will provide notice on our web site before Personal Information is transferred or becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

The App and the Services may contain windows or hyperlinks which provide access to websites not affiliated with ThinkMine. Access from Outside the United States
ThinkMine stores and processes information in the United States of America. The data protection and privacy laws the United States may not be as protective as those in other countries, including, in particular, those in the European Union. By use of the App and the Services, you expressly consent to the transfer of any information you provide to ThinkMine for use in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Commitment to Data Security
To improve data security and restrict access to your personal and business information, ThinkMine has put in place certain physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard the information ThinkMine collects via the Site.
